These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FindDito. By using FindDito, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

FindDito is a local discovery and city-information directory. Browsing is free and does not require an account. An account is required to claim a business, submit an ad, or manage your own listings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Claiming a business means representing that you are its owner or an authorized representative. FindDito reviews claims and may request proof of ownership. We reserve the right to decline, revoke or edit a claim or listing at our discretion, including to correct inaccurate information.

By submitting information, photos or corrections to FindDito (through Add a Place, Claim a Business, Suggest an Edit, or otherwise), you confirm you have the right to share that content and grant FindDito a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and adapt it on the platform. Submitted content is reviewed before publication and may be edited or removed at our discretion.

FindDito offers native advertising placements (e.g. Local Sponsor, Category Sponsor, City Sponsor), always clearly labeled "Sponsored." Purchasing a placement does not guarantee any particular result and is subject to FindDito's review and approval.

FindDito aggregates information from open data, business owners and the community, and works to keep it current — but details like hours, pricing and availability can change without notice. Please verify important details (such as opening hours before a visit) directly with the business.

FindDito is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindDito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information found on it.

We may suspend or terminate access to FindDito for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of FindDito after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
